The Istanbul Financial Center for International Finance extends over a construction area of up to 3.2 million square meters and it is expected that the cost of the project upon completion of the opening of all stages will exceed three billion Turkish Liras.

The Istanbul International Finance Center consists of four districts and will include private institutions, audit institutions, banks and affiliated buildings, in addition to the availability of housing, conference halls, a cultural center, hotels, malls, schools, mosques, a police department and fire stations.

It is planned that the Istanbul International Finance Center will include huge economic assets with a working and commercial life until it starts from its first stage, and it is expected that 90 thousand people will trade there daily, and it will also host 11 thousand residents and 50 thousand employees, and 25 thousand people will visit it daily.

The Istanbul Financial Center for International Finance will provide about 150 thousand job opportunities and will lead to the creation of an economy special to its cultural, social and financial environment, and work is also underway to include two subway stations dedicated to serving the financial center and transporting employees and visitors from and to it.

The value of the Istanbul Financial Center for International Finance has increased by about 800 million Turkish Liras in 15 months, which corresponds to an increase of almost 30% in a year and a half, and economists expect the center to gain 50% value in just two years.
